Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar, more famously known as Sachin or Tendulkar. I remember my young days
as a kid, when cricket just meant tendulkar for India. The whole nation used to wait for him
to hit those last couple of runs to complete his century. It was not only me, but my dad and
others of his age were great fans of the then little champ. Its often heard that Sachin was
in form for a period of time which is far more than the carreer time for lot of cricketers.
For him, it was just one thing that was always on mind, cricket, cricket and nothing else.

How can we forget those sixes hit of shoaib Akhtar. The nightmares seen by Shane Warne

To talk about sachin, there is something more than just cricket, its Character. We have always
heard of great people being humble, but in case of Sachin, its not "heard", its "seen". The way
he walks out of the pitch, when his conscience says he is out, even though the umpire wasn't
sure. His attitude towards the sport, towards his peers, towards his rivals on ground, every
aspect is admirable and adorable.

Sachin's retirement, was a national debate. People argued, that its time for him to retire.
I wonder, it isn't easy for someone to leave something, for which the strive sincerely
for every moment of thier life. For Sachin, one cannot probably imagine, the underlying pain,
in taking such decisions. To decide on not continuing one's passion isn't that easy.

Sachin for me is a charcter, attitude and personality to learn from.

Thakyou Sachin for everything you have delivered to the millions of Indians over the last few
decades. R.e.s.p.e.c.t and S.A.L.U.T.E
